Calling us is free of charge and we are always happy to discuss your case with you. If there is a free provider of appropriate legal advice available in your area we will direct to them. If not, we will discuss an affordable fee, which can be either a one off fixed payment or hourly rates.

We will agree the fixed fee before we start work and we are always clear about what the fee includes so there no hidden costs or nasty surprises. Our clients often find that our fees are lower than they had expected: many of our cases cost just a few hundred pounds and our expert advice could save you thousands in benefit repayments and court fines, not to mention sleepless nights.
There have been lots of cut backs to the Legal Aid system in recent years and unless you are at the police station for your interview, then getting Legal Aid is now challenging, however, if you are entitled to Legal Aid we will direct you to a local provider. Legal Aid has never been available for compliance and review investigations and there is a different Legal Aid system in place if you are prosecuted in the criminal courts.
